Centrifugal Water Separator
Our centrifugal water separator is applicable to the separation of liquid water and oil. This kind of water oil separator can filter the solid particles with the size of 1 micron. The maximum amount of residual oil is 1.0 PPmw/w.
Our centrifugal water separator’s Level 1 separator element and Level 2 separator element are both corrosion resistant.
Level 1 –Having alternately laminated fiber media and media filter, the Level 1 filter separator can filter the larger solid particles.
Level 2 –With the adhesion of multi-layer epoxy resin and mixed fiber media, the radial water separator’s Level 2 separator element can aggregate the oil mist and remove the solid particles.

It can filter 3 micron or larger solid particle and liquid particle.

Maximum liquid load of the air intake: 20,000 ppm
Applications
The upstream of after-cooler;
If there is no after-cooler/separator on the upstream, the centrifugal water separator is applicable to the point of use.
