Micro Mist Filter
Our micro mist filter is suitable for aggregating tiny moisture and oil mist. This kind of oil filter can filter the solid particles with the size of 0.01 micron. The maximum amount of residual oil is 0.003 PPmw/w.
Our micro mist filter’s Level 1 filter element and Level 2 filter element are both corrosion resistant.
Level 1 – Having the coated enclosed foam sleeve, this air compressor filter’s Level 1 filter element can have pre-filtration and airflow dispersion.
Level 2 – With the multi-layer of adhesive mixed fiber media, the Level 2 filter element can remove tiny aggregates on the outside of the coated enclosed foam sleeve.

Our micro mist filter can filter 99.99% of the oil mist from the 0.01 micron or larger solid particle and liquid particle.

Applications of the Micro Mist Fine Filter
The upstream of adsorption dryer;
The downstream of refrigerated air dryer;
If there is a large amount of liquid load, please apply the pre-filter of class-7.
