Based on the semi-automatic water spray retort, we developed this automatic water spray retort. This performance sterilization equipment can be automatically connected with conveyor line in the front and at the back.

Application of the Sterilization Equipment
Our retort machine is appropriate for being used to sterilize products packaged in glass container like glass jar, metal container like tin can, plastic containers like PP bottle, HDPE bottle and soft bags such as aluminum foil bag, transparent bag, high temperature retort pouch, etc.

Features
1. Our automatic sterilization equipment is designed to have the functions of automatic material feeding and discharging and automatic door opening and closing. The guide rails inside the sterilization pot are retractable.
2. Remote control and operation function of this sterilizer machine lays the foundation for unmanned production and shortens machine maintenance time.
3. This automatic water spray retort is of low noise thus helping create a quiet and comfortable working environment for workers.
4. Needing no heat exchanger, this sterilization equipment employs direct heating and cooling to speed up temperature rising and falling.
5. Compared with water immersion or steam sterilizer, our sterilization equipment saves 18% steam energy and it does not need the user to exhaust the steam manually.
6. This water spray retort sterilizer is able to adjust sterilization temperature and calculate sterilization time automatically according to the processing requirements of different foods to guarantee stable sterilization effects.
7. Inside our sterilization equipment there are four movable temperature sensing probes which can monitor the F-value in the center of the foods, the heat distribution inside the retort sterilizer and the heat penetration time in real time.
