Components of Servo Electric Press Brake
This structure of this sheet metal bending brake comprises of the main motor, flanged connection seat, gear pump, hydraulic valves and block transition. The gear pump is driven by the main motor and the clearance error between them would be solved by the flanged connection seat. Meanwhile, the pump and hydraulic valves are connected by the block transition instead of pipes. Both detailed designs significantly promote the mechanical life of this gear pump.

1. Quick Clamp
This is the deflection compensation device for the upper clamp of the quick clamping device.

This back gauge is patent product developed by our company, comprising of as the X axis, R axis, Z1 axis and Z2 axis. The X and R axes of this bending machine are driven by the servo motor and controlled by CNC system while the Z1 and Z2 axes are controlled by the spin button on the foot switch with high accuracy and speed.

Features of WD67K CNC Press Brake
1. Synchronizing mechanism for the two main cylinders at each side adopts electro-hydraulic servo valves and gratings made by Germany, forming a closed-loop control. Therefore, it could operate quite accurately and the sliding stroke could move in a precise way, ensuring the high precision of bending operation.
2. The quality back gauge mechanism this sheet metal machinery employs allows users to adopt multiple back gauge axes. Meanwhile, the function units of this mechanism such as the rails, screw and bearing are all provided by overseas suppliers. That is why the back gauge system could operate so precisely.
3. Rack of this torsion bar synchrony press brake adopts a welded steel structure. In order to avoid welding stress and deformation caused by machining stress and ensure the highly precision of the entire machine tool, all the plates have gone through tempering treatment and vibration stress relief treatment.
4. The split structure of this metalworking machine makes the machine too easier to process and transport. More importantly, this structure design could ensure the high precision of the entire machine.
5. The machine body, sliding stokes, cylinders and other important parts have been analyzed by ANSYS to ensure the machine tool to enjoy highly reliable performance.
6. The hydraulic system adopts integrated control system made in Germany, requiring less pipes and promoting the machine tool's reliability.
7. There are also sectional upper clamp dies provided to customers, which could be assembled according to their needs for the length of the die in different applications. At the mean time, the upper die of the clamp adopts a security trench structure and the lower die adopts a concentric structure that enjoys high precision. Therefore, the dies are quite easy to remove and install.
8. The CNC system of sheet metal fabrication equipment is provided by DELEM in Netherlands.
9. At both sides of the machine body mounted two C-shape boards where the gratings are mounted. This unique design could help avoid negative influences on the bending operation imposed by the deformation of the machine.
10. The quality cylinder, imported seal rings and pipe joints of this sheet metal press brake could effectively avoid oil leakage.
