Main Features of Hydraulic Guillotine Shear
1. This sheet metal cutting machine adopts an integrated welded steel rack which has gone the vibration stress relief treatment. Therefore, it enjoys high rigidity, operation precision and excellent precision retaining ability.
2. The point supporting type rolling guideway this guillotine shear adopts allows the upper blade carrier to move on the guideway with no clearance. The balde gap could be adjusted by the hand wheel.
3. It is equipped with a movable blade bearing and four-edge blades. This design could not make it convenient for users to adjust the blade gap, promoting the cutting precision, but also extend the blades’ service life.
4. The tandem cylinder synchronizing system of this hydraulic guillotine shearing machine could ensure uniform pressure on the machine tool. Moreover, with this synchronizing system, the shear angle could be adjusted easily by adjusting the oil level in the tandem cylinders.
5. The motorized back gauge and electrical counter of this hydraulic shearing machine make it easier for users to adjust the position of back gauge.
6. The hydraulic pressure feeder promotes the cutting precision.
7. The ball bearing retainer and retainer bar make it easier to operate the machine.
8. This hydraulic guillotine shear adopts a front gauge which, attached with a steel ruler is perpendicular to the lower blade, making it convenient for users to operate the machine.
10. The hydraulic system of this sheet metal forming machine tool is equipped with an auxiliary power supply—the bag type accumulator. At the same time, this accumulator could also absorb impacts, helping the sheet metal cutting machine to operate smoothly with low noise.
