The rubber tyred gantry crane, also called RTG crane and transtainer is a mobile gantry crane used for handling ISO containers. This container crane comes with rubber tyres under its four legs. Environmental Conditions of Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane
1. Three phase A.C. power supply with a voltage frequency of 380V, 50Hz should be guaranteed.
2. Applicable ambient temperature ranges from -25℃to 40℃.
3. Relative humidity at the temperature of 40℃ can be not more than 95%.
4. When the gantry crane is working, the wind speed should be 20m/s or less; when it is not at work, the wind speed can not exceed 44m/s.
5. The slope of the ground which the rubber tyred gantry crane travels on should be equal to or less than 1%, and local slope can not exceed 3%. The ground at two sides of the span should slope at same direction, namely unslope or downslope at the same time.
4. Special design is available if your environmental conditions are more than those mentioned above.
