Brief Description
The YZ type double girder ladle crane is specially designed for lifting and transporting melted steel and iron in casting and metallurgy industry. This type of casting crane boasts a high lifting capacity, namely 75/20-125/32t. Its service class is A7 or A8. A layer of thermal protective coating is added at the bottom of the main girder, thus protecting the industrial crane and operator from being burned.
This kind of double girder ladle crane is equipped with a gantry hook that is made from high quality low-alloy structural steel plate, spliced by stack-type method and fastened using rivets, thus ensuring definite safety and reliability. So far, this hoisting equipment is mostly used for lifting and moving steel ladles in steel plants.
