Brief Description
The YZS type four girder ladle crane for casting is mainly used in large scale steel plants for lifting, transporting and dumping hot liquid metal in smelting process. This process crane has become the major lifting equipment of smelting workshop in steel plants. Its lifting capacity ranges from 125/32 to 320/80 tons, and service class is A7 or A8.
Special designs ensure definite safety. For example, a layer of heat thermal protective coating at the bottom of the main girder can give reliable protection to the four girder overhead crane and operator; a robust lifting hook made from high quality alloy structure steel plate by best-in-class splicing and fastening methods keep operators in quite safe condition when using this handling equipment.
