As a keen observer of the printing and packaging realm and its cutting needs, HENGLIDA is all geared up to help customers from that industry resolve their cutting challenges. We hold nothing back to provide only the best tungsten carbide machine knife. By leveraging our manufacturing advantages, engineers at HENGLIDA are on call to help customers pick out the most suitable material to construct a quality packaging knife that fits their specific cutting needs.

Whatever you need to cut, paper, plastic package, or adhesive tape, you are sure to find a matched cutting blade such as the paper cutter blade, packaging blade, and adhesive tape cutter blade. Most of our blades are circular knives, saw knives, slitter blades, and straight blades, but irregularly shaped blades are available as well. These blades and knives are mainly used in association with the printer, packaging machine, and packing machine.

Tips on Cutting Blade Selection
Please note that HENGLIDA circular knife for cutting plastic needs to be guided by a CNC machine when cutting around the outline of the work-piece. Reliable work-holder is needed to hold the straight blade or irregularly shaped blade in place while the blade is ground or polished. A quality blade should have a good balance between hardness and tensile strength. Achieving this balance requires us to strictly control factors involved in vacuum heating, such as the temperature, time, degree of vacuum and cooling rate after heat treatment.

Another aspect to watch out for is the surface flatness of the blade. This is particularly important if you use the straight knife to cut adhesive tapes. HENGLIDA is a specialist manufacture of packaging blades. From the initial sintering, through press forming, to surface grinding, the surface flatness of each HENGLIDA blade is strictly controlled every step of the way.
