Our machine knives and blades are designed specifically for use with toilet-roll making machines made in Italy, the US, or Taiwan. Exceptional wear and rust resistance allows the tissue blade to last longer than ordinary ones. The cut quality is just stunning, with no burrs, creases or other surface imperfections.
HENGLIDA roll slitter blades are available in a variety of shapes, circular slitting knives for cutting toilet roll, stripping knives for paper handkerchief and wet napkin, and perforating blades for making perforated lines on facial tissue. Due to the softness of tissue paper, slitting blade and knife are required to be sharp enough to cut effectively. Circular roll slitting blades are generally made of SKD11 or HSS. Both perforating blades and stripping knives are constructed of SK4, SK5, SKD11 or HSS, and have been passed through tempering for several times. Some of these machine knife and blade even undergo sub-zero cooling to obtain higher toughness and wear resistance. The resultant cut edge is burr-free.
