Universal Testing Machine (50N-5KN Tensile Strength Tester)
The double column universal testing machine is designed to conduct compression, tensile, bending, shearing, tearing, peeling and other tests for a wide range of materials, like rubber, plastic, leather, metal, nylon, fabric, paper, cable, fiber, wood, tape, packaging material, waterproof material, etc. If equipped with some special devices, the material testing equipment can be applied to carry out torque test, cupping test and many other tests.
In general, this dual column universal tester is a piece of fundamental test equipment for quality control, acceptance test, mechanical research and material development.
Features of the Universal Testing Machine
1. The power system of this material test frame is mainly composed of servo motor, servo driver, worm gear, rod reducer and ball screw, and it will deliver reliable performance as expected. As for the control system, pulse command control is adopted to offer accurate yet easy control.
2. The double column universal testing machine is able to work under different modes, including positioning mode, constant speed mode, constant power mode, constant stroke mode and multi-level mode, thereby satisfying various working requirements.
3. All the test data are revealed on a computer screen, and data transmission is very simple since there is a RS232 interface.
4. The intermediate plate can be adjusted either in coarse tuning mode (fast) or fine tuning mode (slow), and the encode uses line driver to enhance its anti-interference performance.
5. Our universal testing machine will return to its original position and save test data automatically after testing, and it comes with several protective functions, such as emergency stop, overload protection, stroke limit stop, automatic leakage blackout, automatic breakpoint stop, etc.

Operating Software
The dual column materials testing machine is provided with a piece of specialized software to facilitate operation. This software not only suits for our universal testing machine, but is also applicable for hydraulic testing machine and compression tester.
1. With the help of this software, the universal testing machine can be used to conduct a broad range of tests, while data collection, data processing, data storage, test result printing are also available.
2. This software could calculate many key parameters, like max. deformation, max. force, yield strength, yield point, elastic modulus, average peeling force, etc. In addition, it also fits for graphics processing and supports MS-Access database.
