The lab infrared dyeing machine, or infrared laboratory dyeing machine, is a new generation dyeing apparatus that uses IR heating to dye textiles in a stable and reliable way, and its beakers are available with different volumes including 150ml, 300ml, 450ml and 800ml.

Features of the Infrared Dyeing Machine
1. Our infrared beaker dyeing machine doesn’t need cooling water or glycerin, thus making it energy saving and eco-friendly. In this regard, the operation cost is greatly reduced.
2. Due to the imported technology, the temperature probe could reach inside beakers to detect temperature change directly. As a result, the infrared dyeing machine offers accurate dyeing performance.
3. For this textile dyeing machine, its beaker tray is able to rotate within the speed range of 0-60rpm so as to offer uniform heating for every beaker, thus avoiding the generation of dead corner and temperature difference at the same time. Moreover, the rotation direction is changed with a fixed time interval, and this helps to eliminate the risk of sample winding and other problems, providing even dyeing result.
4. The lab infrared dyeing machine has some safety designs. For example, if our machine stops working or the front door is opened, it will disconnect its power source immediately and automatically, while an over temperature protection device is also incorporated to avoid damages caused by over heat.
5. Our infrared dyeing machine is constructed of mirror finished stainless steel. As a result, it is elegant and easy to clean.
