1 Paper feed unit
Having high-speed multi-point feed head, the paper feed unit features convenient operation and easy adjustment.
2. IR drying tunnel
The IR drying tunnel is used for the drying of paper products with water-based coating. It saves electricity and has far infrared shortwave heating tube as well as double insulation protection.
3. UV coating mechanism
Our automatic flood UV coater's UV coating mechanism uses reversible frequency control to control the amount of coating and ensure high quality. Equipped with the automatic shut down device for the roll paper, it can effectively reduce the amount of the wasted paper products. The air knife device for the thin paper is optional; and it is applicable to the paper weight more than 80g/m2.
4. UV Curing device
The UV curing device has cooling type one-piece lampshade, reflective plates and air-cooling heat dissipation structure. It can not only efficiently cure the coated material, but also maintain the temperature of the curing box to prevent the deformation of the cured material.
5. Automatic paper collecting unit
The paper collection's number of times can be set according to the paper weight. The automatic paper collecting unit has pneumatic structure to ensure the neat collection of paper; it is also installed with a counter.
