The SFML520B small semi-automatic laminating machine is our newly developed laminating equipment based on market demand. Having compact machine structure and convenient operation, it is particularly preferred by small and medium sized laminating companies.
Our high-performance semi-automatic laminating machine has color touch screen and electrical system centralized controlled by a programmable controller. Operators can simply enter the paper size on the screen, and our semi-automatic laminator will complete two processes of laminating and cutting as required.

Features
1. The oil-free vacuum pump of the paper feeding system can supply paper via air suction, realizing automatic and continuous paper feeding
2. The automatic paper feed system of our film coating machine is equipped with photoelectric controlled protective device, which will make the feeding automatically stop when the paper is run out or overlapped;
3. Our semi-automatic laminating machine's human-machine interface system features color touch screen and simple operation. You can just directly enter the paper size, superposition distance, machine speed, etc., and it will have fully automatic operation. The working status can be observed from the touch screen at any time;
4. The upper and the bottom heating rollers use cast aluminum heaters. Besides, the temperatures are separately controlled so as to ensure the accurate temperature of coating on each side;
5. The automatic pneumatic system of our semi-automatic laminating machine provides stable pressure for laminating; the pressure can be adjusted according to your requirements.
6. Regulated by the turbine reduction gearbox, the anti-bend device can finalize the shape of the film laminated paper; the paper will not have crimping after cutting;
7. Our semi-automatic laminating machine's pneumatic cutting system can automatically cut the laminated paper;
8. The cut paper will be collected and sorted by the vibration table.
