Control System
Our plate processor uses computer-based micro-processor control system, which automatically controls and manually modifies the data of washing time, liquid developer, drying temperature, liquid developer supplement, circulating filtration, rubber roller’s cleaning, the second washing, etc.

Liquid Developer Control
This plate processor is configured with the automated management system preventing the liquid developer from oxidation. The liquid developer can be added automatically according to the amount of plates to be washed.

Our PS plate developing machine has anti-oxidation cover and circulation filtering system, allowing the liquid developer to always have stable and good condition, which can ensure the stable quality of plate developing.

Developing Quality
Our PS plate developing machine uses the transmission structure of turbine, worm and roller. The rubber roller, brush material and technology are accurately selected; the temperature is carefully controlled; the balance of pressure on both rollers is finely and scientifically designed. Energy Conservation Design
This PS plate developer has the function of automatic shutdown when there is no plate to be washed; the water intake can automatically shut down; the water spraying will not last in the whole washing process.

Also, there are anti-oxidation device for liquid developer; option switch of gluing or not; bidirectional and dual circuit designed air circulation system for efficient drying; automatic recovery system for glue, etc.

Safety Performance
Our PS plate developing machine is equipped with an emergency stop switch, automatic overheat protection unit, protection device for the closure of drive system, safety mark and other protective installations.

Maintenance
The rollers and brushes can be conveniently assembled and disassembled. The filtering system for liquid developer, drying system, electrical control system, drive system, etc. all have low maintenance.
