1. With the exception of connected devices like the screw conveyor and cement silo, all the connecting cables of this batching plant do not need to be removed in order to move the station. With the assistance of a 30 ton crane, the entire disassembly task can be completed in one day.
2. An additional base is not required for installation, as long as the ground is firm and plain. The entire installation process can be completed in on day, saving you time.
3. The mobile concrete batching plant comes with tires and a draw bar. The trailer can run with the plant and all its accessories at speeds up to 60 kilometers per hour.
4. It has an excellent mixing performance. We have adopted the use of a forced twin-shaft mixer, which allows for a complete mixture of materials in a short period of time.
5. You can use this equipment to mix various types of concrete, including hard concrete, semi-hard concrete, plastic concrete and more.
6. The gear reducer, weighing sensor, and main electric component of this system are all from internationally known companies. Because of this, you can rest assured our products are reliable and accurate throughout each piece of this concrete batching plant.
7. You can choose to control this system either manually or automatically. Operating it is simple.
8. A screen is available for displaying the operation performance of each of the components. The system can also print and store operation reports for efficient management.
9. The entire structure is based on a trailer. The integrated structure includes a raw material conveyor, mixer, weighing system, spiral conveying system and a power bin. The disassembly, installation and transportation processes for this equipment is fast and easy.
10. In order to improve production efficiency, functions and structure, the HZN/S series mobile concrete mixing plant comes in an integrated pre-connected structure. The control room and pneumatic system are both connected to the main functioning structure, while a control cabinet is installed inside the control room. Because of this, the whole system can be transported and used without any cable disassembly or connections.
According to the configuration and price, the mobile concrete batch plant comes in two models: an economic model and a luxury model.
