Made of high-quality materials, the OPzV gel sealed lead acid battery features a very low self-discharge rate below 1.5% on a monthly basis. It uses a gel electrolyte with large heat capacity and heat resistance suitable for use in harsh environments (40 -60°C). This industrial battery has excellent cycling performance and deep discharge recovery.

The OPzV VRLA battery does not need water refill maintenance, offering a cost effective energy solution. The gas recombination efficiency is higher than 95%. The designed service life is 20 years. During normal floating use, the capacity is stable, the attenuation ratio is low, and the OPzV VRLA battery has excellent sealing performance without gas permeation.

The OPzV gel sealed lead acid battery is also excellent when it comes to safety performance, with dedicated separators, high porosity, low resistance, copper rod with low internal resistance to ensure safe large current discharge without overheating. The concentration of the solid gel electrolyte is evenly distributed without stratification. The fire retardant safety valve can effectively prevent external flame or sparks.

Components
1. Electrolyte: made of German fumed silica, the electrolyte is contained in a gel state within the finished industrial battery, there is no risk of leakage or stratification.
2. Plate: positive plate adopts a tubular design, which can effectively prevent the loss of live material. The positive plate frame is die-cast with multi-alloy, which provides high corrosion resistance and long service life. Negative plate is a pasted plate. A special grid structure is designed to improve the efficiency and high-current discharge capability of live material.
3. Battery shell: ABS material is used for better appearance, strength, corrosion resistance, and sealing reliability without leakage risks.
4. Safety valve: a special safety valve structure is used for opening and closing the valve to reduce the loss of water, avoid battery casing expansion, rupture and electrolyte dry phenomenon.
5. Separators: the OPzV gel sealed lead acid battery uses an imported special micro-porous PVC-SiO2 separator produced by European AMER-SIL Company, with large porosity and low resistance.
6. Terminals: lead-based copper core embedded pole with greater current carrying capacity and corrosion resistance.
