The plate rolling machine uses hydraulic transmission for upper roll lifting and mechanical transmission for horizontal movement. The two lower rolls serve as drive rolls. A centralized control system is adopted.

This 3-roll plate bending machine can bend both ends of a plate and roll it into a cylindrical or curved workpiece. It can also straighten sheet metal and fulfill direct pre-bending. Capable of improving work efficiency and saving raw materials, this plate bending machine comes with numerical control system for improved degree of automation.

The plate rolling machine is widely applied in the industries requiring high-precision workpieces, such as chemical machinery, offshore oil platform, water/oil/gas transmission pipeline, etc.

Features of Plate Rolling Machine
1. Our plate rolling machine adopts an integrated base plate and no anchor bolt is needed. With simple foundation, the machine is easy to move.
2. This roll bending machine can yield workpiece of diversified curved shape, such as O shape, U shape, and multi-section R shape. With an auxiliary device, the machine can roll cones.
3. The upper roll directly exerts pressure to fulfill pre-bending. This can accomplish high-precision end pre-bending and the straight edge length can be set at will.
4. Adopting numerical control, the 3-roll bending machine is easy to operate and the work efficiency is improved dramatically.
5. The upper roll appears like a drum while the lower rolls have an idler below them for adjustment assistance. Hence, this plate bending machine is able to roll ideal workpiece from a wide range of materials, from sheet to plate.
6. The two lower rolls are fixed and the upper roll moves up and down, left and right. The workpiece does not move together with the working roll, ensuring the safety of the operator.
