CNC Plasma and Flame Cutting Machine
Our CNC plasma and flame cutting machine has a gate-like structure, and is compatible with the plasma generator from the American company Hypertherm, including a variety of models: POWERMAX1000, 1250, 1650, MAX200 and HT 2000. It is also compatible with the SJTU-CNC plasma generator from the Chinese Shanghai Jiaotong University and the plasma generators from the German company Kjellberg.
This CNC plasma and flame cutter can cut a variety of plates with a thickness ranging from 0.6 mm to 25 mm. It can cut carbon steel plates, stainless steel plates, copper plates and aluminum plates.
The no-load speed of our CNC plasma and flame cutting machine can reach 9,000 mm/min and its top speed can reach up to 12,000 mm/min. This CNC cutting machine is equipped with both a plasma cutter and flame cutter.
Features
1. With a gate-like structure, this kind of CNC processing equipment has a great appearance and is extremely stable.
2. The mechanical transmission system has a high precision gear rack and planetary reducer originally imported from Germany. The mechanical structure has two automatic compensation devices for the backlash, and our machine can achieve transmission without backlash while maintaining a superb and accurate performance.
