Application
Our TSWZ700 CNC beam drilling line is suitable for drilling the H-beam, box beam and channel steel in steel structure, bridge building, parking garage building and drilling platform industries.
Features
1. Our CNC machinery for beams have three drilling spindles and can complete the drilling on the work piece in one session.
2. The three drilling spindles can drill holes at the same time, and their stroke is under automatic control.
3. The thickness of the work piece and the length of the drill do not need to be set. Our highly efficient CNC beam drilling line can automatically achieve the feeding and changeover of the work piece.
4. Our CNC drilling machine has a CNC control system, PLC control devices, and CRT display. The programming software is based on a Windows platform, and with a CAD connection, our CNC bean drilling line can achieve a fast and convenient programming with direct image previewing.
5. As it is independent from the main equipment, the programming software can be installed in any computer to achieve programming in different places. The program can also be directly copied or transmitted to the main equipment via a network.
6. Each of our beam machining equipment's drilling spindles is equipped with a gear motor manufactured by internationally known companies from both China and abroad.
7. The mechanical parts, hydraulic components and electric elements are all purchased form internationally known companies as well.
