Applications
Our TSWZ1000/TSWZ1250 CNC beam drilling line can be used to drill holes on the H-beam, box beam, and channel steel in a variety of industries.
Features
1. Our CNC beam drilling line has three drilling spindles, which can each drill holes at the same time, and complete the drilling on the work piece at one time. Each spindle stroke has automatic control.
2. Our beam machining equipment has a CNC control system, PLC control device and a CRT display. With its programming software based on Windows, and with a CAD connection, it can achieve fast and convenient programming and direct image previewing.
3. Thickness of the work pieces and drill lengths do not need to be set. Our highly efficient CNC beam drilling line can automatically achieve the feeding and changeover of the work pieces.
4. The programming software is independent from the main equipment, therefore it can be installed in any computer to achieve programming in different places. The program can then be directly copied or transmitted to the equipment via a network.
5. Our CNC drill line has each drilling spindle equipped with a gear motor manufactured by well-known companies at home and abroad. The mechanical parts, hydraulic components and electric elements of our CNC drilling machines are all purchased from internationally known companies.
