1. With its twin column design and strong machine body, our twin column band saw can easily absorb vibration.

3. The motor power for the saw blade is stronger, which ensures the main transmission performance is great for processing all types of sectional steel.
4. This saw blade is equipped with an automatic hydraulic tension device, which enables the saw blade to stay stable in a high speed rotation and have a longer service life.
5. Our beam machining equipment has three clamping arms on the left, middle and right, which can protect the guiding saw blade from deflection and ensure smooth operation during high-speed sawing.
6. Our CNC band saw machine has a tiny saw joint and a highly precise end face, which greatly reduces the consumption of materials.
7. The self-cooling liquid will cooperate with saw feeding, which can optimize the lubrication and decrease the temperature increase in the saw blade.
8. It has a PLC control system, which makes the linear seed of the saw blade to be adjusted via the main variable frequency motor. The feeding speed of the saw blade can have a stepless adjustment via the hydraulic system, significantly improving the productivity.
