    We adopt advanced CNC technology and a servo motor controlled feeding system for our CNC hydraulic punching machine for plates. This highly efficient plate processing equipment can generate work pieces with a better accuracy.

    Because its main parts are all part of the modular assembly, our CNC processing equipment requires little to no maintenance. This CNC facility for plates is used for punching and marking the junction plates in the tower and sheet metal processing industries.

    Features
    1. It comes equipped with a servo motor, ball screw and a linear guideway. Its X and Y axis both have higher precision.

    5. The machine itself is shaped like a C, with a welded-steel plate construction, which features an excellent rigidity and a wider working space.

    6. The workbench is equipped with a stainless steel plate, which makes the appearance prettier and more practical.

    7. The CNC hydraulic punching machine has three dye stations, one of which is for marking characters, and each has an automatic switchover.

    8. The gripper system can adapt to work pieces with different thicknesses.

    9. The machine has a standard zero position stop plate and the ball screw workbench can support the work piece.

    10. The operation of both the X and Y axis is driven by the servo motor and ball screw, while the positioning for punching is controlled by the dual-axis CNC system.

    11. The operating staff can easily enter workpiece dimensions, and the entire CNC processing machine will work automatically. The CNC machine can also store data for repeated use in the future.
