Depamu safety valves provide overload protection for metering pumps. This normally closed valve automatically opens when pressure within the pipeline, metering pump or chemical dosing system exceeds a specific value. Excessive pressure is released to protect the entire pumping system from damage. Typical materials used to make the safety valve include the PVC, PVDF, 304 and 316 stainless steel.
