Automotive Timing Belts
Our automotive timing belts are much more economical than chains, have extremely high transmission efficiency, and have excellent synchronous performance. They produce little noise and do not require lubrication. Having reduced weight and space saving ability, our camshaft drive belts are widely used in overhead cam engines, especially small displacement engines.
The modern car engine faces high requirements of load, noise, emission, maintenance cycle, and running temperature. Our automotive timing belts have enlarged load capacity, minimized noise, provided more accurate valve timing, and optimized performance of temperature tolerance.
Our automotive timing belts overcome the problem of synchronous belt fatigue and operational uncertainty. Our cam belt has the equivalent lifespan to that of the engine itself, which is between240, 000 km and 300,000 km. The cam belt can perform work functions in temperatures ranging from around -35℃ to 150℃.
