Double Sided Timing Belts
Our double sided timing belts are manufactured using butadiene rubber or PU; and they can be made with different tooth shapes, including trapezoid shaped teeth and arc shaped teeth. Our double sided synchronous belts are applicable in almost any industrial mechanism that uses reversible belts.
This double sided timing belt not only has all of the combined advantages of gear drives, chain drives and belt drives; but also overcomes the disadvantages of other transmission belts, such as skidding and loosening. Our double sided timing belts have a unique multi-shaft driving mode, constant speed ratio and compact structure. They also have superior resistance to oil and moisture and require no lubrication.
Our double sided timing belts can successfully apply opposite direction transmission with only one belt and they can be used in especially compact installations. These light and noiseless rubber timing belts can generate non-slip frequency meshed gear transmission and are applied in a number of industries, such as machinery, textiles, petrochemical, precision instruments, telecommunications, and cable manufacturing.
