Our ribbed belts are made of high quality chloroprene rubber (CR) or EPDM rubber. We also adopt many rubber auxiliary materials to our multi-rib V-belts for different purposes, for example, the imported high-quality polyester cord is used on the framework; special cloth is attached to the back for further protection.

The ribbed belts, especially the EPDM rubber made ones, have better chemical resistance, ozone aging resistance, weather resistance and heat aging resistance. Moreover, our ribbed belts have good electrical insulation property and can maintain good elasticity at low temperatures.

Features of Ribbed Belts
1. Our multi-groove V-belts feature transmission power 30% higher than that of ordinary V-belts under the same conditions.
2. When used ina compact transmission system and under the same transmission power, our ribbed belts occupy 25% less space than ordinary V-belts.
3. Our flat and soft ribbed V-belts are suitable for not only small drive pulley transmission, but also high-speed transmission with speed up to 40m/s.
4. Our ribbed belts minimize vibration and have uniform thermal distribution.
5. Our industrial V-belts are resistant to oil, heat and abrasion; they have low drawing force and longer service life.

Applications
1. Our PH ribbed belts and PJ ribbed belts are applicable in sports and leisure equipment, woodworking machinery, magnetic agitators, floor polishers, automatic doors, cement mixers, and small compressors.
2. Our PK ribbed belts are used in tractors, lifting equipment, fans, machine tools, concrete saws, industrial washing machines, wood saws, lift trucks, spraying equipment, ultra-light aircrafts, and cooling plants.
3. Our PL ribbed belts can be used in brick machinery, CNC machine tools, crude oil pumps, high pressure cleaners, escalators, crushers, piston compressors, and metal mills.
4. Our PM ribbed belts are ideal for quarries, hydro-electric turbines, hammer mills, sugar processing, marble saws, bale shredders, paper processing, cable manufacturing plants, and metal mills.

Note: We possess more than 1,000 sets of molds, which can produce all kinds of auto V-belts used for transmission in different fields. The effective lengths range from 400 mm to 3,000 mm.
