Our air-eject die blows air in from one end of the blade shaft, and the air is directed at one row of cavities to bring the diecut scraps out. The air blowing direction of this air-eject rotary die is adjustable. Because the scraps are timely blown out from the cavities, blade damage due to the build-up of diecut waste can be avoided. A vacuum box can be used together with the air-eject die to collect the blown-out waste more efficiently.
