Our vari-score vari-punch units come in two types that are respectively the movable adjustable cutting tool and the cutting tool with spacers.
The movable adjustable cutting tool is designed with scales on the central shaft and is allowed to be fitted with several movable annular cutting blades according to actual needs. The cutting width can be easily adjusted with the help of the scales on the central shaft and the minimum cutting width is up to 8mm. This movable adjustable cutting tool is the first choice for processing products which need to be cut into pieces with different widths.
The cutting width of the cutting tool with spacers can be adjusted by putting spacers of different widths between the two cutting blades. With minimum space of 1mm, the die cutting tool with spacers is ideal for cutting single long product with fixed size.
