Designed to work with the flexographic printing machine and automatic die cutting machine, the label inspector has an automatic label/length counting feature as well as forward and reverse web directions.
the inspection machine is available in two models—the horizontal label inspection machine and flatbed label inspection machine. Its modular design makes it possible to add other features such as slitting, bar code inspection, color inspection, serial number inspection, printing quality inspection, etc. We also offer customized print finishing machines.
Feature
1. A wide format line scan camera (with CCD and 4K resolution) gives this label inspection rewinder a high precision level of 0.05mm.
2. This inspection unit detects and weeds out any imperfect products with wrinkles, scratches, missing features, foil blocking, etc.
3. Multiple defect processing modes makes this inspection machines two to three times more efficient.
4. When a defect is detected, this print finishing machine automatically stops. This machine has sends alerts and static images and shuts down when there is no paper.
