A dual shaft shredder is a wood processing machine commonly used for reducing wood into smaller woodchips. We have developed a highly reliable wood shredder that has a low rotational speed (main shaft: 30 r/min or 40 r/min.), low operation noise, high energy efficiency and an easy and safe operation. This machine is designed to chip objects made of plastic, rubber, paper, wood, electronic elements and other solid-core materials. This shredding machine can effectively shred waste materials including bulk materials, frames, pipes, plates, timbers, tires, waste metal barrels and films. All of these are items difficult for a single shaft shredder to work with.
Features
1. This outdoor power equipment consists of a sturdy combined frame made of premium thick plates, a rotary shaft made of a hexagonal column as well as a wide-caliber hopper. Each part ensures the machine can effectively handle large materials.
2. The wood shredding machine is equipped with a specially designed rotary blade (it has a unique shape and specific thickness, both of which are arranged in a scientific method), which is sharp and durable. It has a large shearing force and shreds materials in a fast, efficient manner.
The blades on this dual shaft shredder are made from a special alloy steel, making it extremely durable.
