Rotary Drum Granulator
The rotary drum granulator is another common fertilizer machine used for compound fertilizer industries. Equipped with a premium lining made from special rubber sheets, or acid resistant stainless steel plates, this granulating machine can remove scars and sulfur automatically.
With no need for traditional scraper blades, it has a high granulation rate, a reliable performance, high efficiency, easy operation and maintenance, a great aesthetic appearance and a long service life. To satisfy different customer requirements, we now provide several models of this fertilizer granulator in different capacities.
Advantages
1. This rotary drum granulator has a granulation rate around 70%. Only a small amount of materials where the grain size is low will be subject to reprocessing.
2. Materials fed into the granulation machine will be heated by steam to reduce the moisture of the finished grains and promote the drying efficiency.
3. The lining is made from quality rubber sheets that are difficult to stick materials to, and the sheets are thermally insulated and highly resistant to corrosion.
