Specially designed mixers, finished product storage silos, automatic packing machines and sewing machines.
We provide bulk blending fertilizer equipment at various capacities, including 4t/h, 6t/h., 8t/h, and 10t/h. The main BB fertilizer equipment has a special control system that can thoroughly mix materials and release them with the assistance of an internal screw mechanism and three-dimensional structure. The entire line of BB fertilizer equipment is highly recommended for its large capacity, small installation space and easy installation, operation and maintenance.
Features
1. The bulk blending fertilizer production line has an automatic batching machine, mixer, quantitative packing machine, and it is fully automated. Because the entire operation is controlled by a computer, it significantly reduces labor costs and labor intensity.
2. It has an accurate blending process for the batching system that is controlled by a computer. All materials are weighed using an electronic scale. The electronic quantitative packaging machine has a low weighing deviation, at smaller than 1%.
3. With a large capacity, it can produce anywhere from 4t to 10t in an hour, improving the productivity of the machine. We have four models from customers to choose from.
