Drum Coating Machine
A drum coating machine is part of a complete line of costing equipment designed for fertilizer production. It consists of a screw conveyor, mixing tank, pump and host machine. It differs from other counterparts with its unique inner structure and premium lining made from Polypropylene or acid-resistant stainless steels.
As it uses a special coating technique that uses liquid materials or mixed materials, the drum coating equipment can effectively cover the compound fertilizer pellet with a protective film that insolates the pellet from air, avoiding salt bridges and moisture absorption while improving the surface brightness. It also adds trace minerals into the fertilizer, promoting the fertilizer's efficiency. Because of this, the drum coating machine has become a commonly used machine in the industry.
