L Series Scrap Baling Press
Compared with the standard H series of scrap baling machines, this upgraded L series scrap baler is a type of vertical baler that features a a feed door which lifts automatically, and processes all kinds of paper, hollow and soft plastics, and other materials. They are frequently used in recycling facilities and to supply supermarkets, department stores and offices with bulk waste materials.

Features of Vertical Baler
(1) A wide feed opening lifts automatically when the platen goes up, a safety chain locks, and the bale is automatically ejected.
(2) Uses a hydraulic drive which uses less energy than an electric drive even when running at high capacity.
(3) Electrically controlled so as to easily move platens, eject bales, etc. Independent feed opening which automatically pulls out to reduce labor.
(4) The ram of this scrap baling machine automatically stops running when the feed gate is opened. Independent emergency stops also promote worker safety.
(5) Equipped with European and U.S standard anti-rebound gates for safety.
(6) Unique design of the motor and pump with direct-cross connection ensures 100 percent concentricity and long service life.
(7) Controls show working condition of the baling machine and operators can monitor settings, overload control, and pressure.
