Fully Automatic Baler
To promote customers' recycling efficiency, we developed this fully automatic baler recycles and compresses large batches of loose material such as paper, cardboard, cartons, used books, magazines, plastic film, natural fibers and straws. Adjustable bale size and quantity can be set using a PLC control system for uniformity and safety. A scattering function is optional for scattering newspapers, books and magazines when they are conveyed into the chamber.
With its automatic features and ability to handle over 2 tons of recyclable material per hour, this is an ideal baling machine for processing cardboard, paper, newspapers, cartons, natural fibers, film, PET bottles, and other packing materials for recycling facilities, carton manufacturers, large printing facilities, and textile and distribution centers.
