Sharing similar advantageous properties with other horizontal balers we made, this hydraulic scrap metal baler compresses material with a thickness between 6-10mm, such as dissembled automobile shells, waste buckets, waste copper and aluminum, into rectangle bars. This baling machine is highly efficient and produces uniform compressed blocked. The hydraulic system uses an integrated valve block for smooth and reliable running.

Features of Horizontal Baler
(1) Hydraulic driving is used in all machines. Manual and PC automatic controls are optional.
(2) There are no foundation bolts for installation. The diesel engine of this recycling equipment can be equipped to drive even without a power supply.
(3) Wrapping or bagging is used to package end product.
(4) Extruding force has 8 classes, handles pressure from 40 tons to 125 tons and has a production rate of 5 tons to 20 tons per hour.
(5) The chamber box size and bale size of this metal scrap baler can be adjusted. Two side knives on the chamber box are optional.

This series of balers is used in the steel recovery and processing industries, as well as other metal and smelting industries. It extrudes all kinds of scrap metal, steel parings, copper and aluminum into rectangular, cylinder, or octagonal bars, reducing the cost of shipping and smelting.
