Our CNG tube skid or tube trailer adopts large volume hoop wrapped cylinder with steel inner container. Such cylinder, referred to as type 2 CNG cylinder, and its manufacturing method have got the National Invention Patent.
Advantages Compared to Tube Trailer with All-steel Cylinder
1. The weight of the large volume hoop wrapped cylinder with steel inner container is only 2/3 of that of the all-steel cylinder. The ratio of volume to weight of our hoop wrapped cylinder is increased.
2. When the gross trailer weight is constant, 38% more natural gas can be transported by using hoop wrapped cylinders. Therefore, gas transportation cost is effectively decreased.
3. Soft open top and hard open top are available for customers to select from.
