Your anilox roll bathed in ink needs to be wiped clean after each work shift. The cleaning process is necessary because inks may dry on the roll and clog the dimples in it. Fangbang YT-WQ series ultrasonic cleaner is built specifically for this cleaning use with our flexo printing machine, and functions to clear up the inks and deposits left on the anilox roll surface, while ensuring minimal physical damage to it.
The ultrasonic cleaning machine converts ultrasonic signals to high-frequency mechanical vibrations which then create millions of bubbles in the liquid detergent. These bubbles move quickly over the surface of the anix roll, carrying away dried inks and grime.
