The RO water treatment system, or called water purification system that we make is suitable for the production of purified water, mineral water, juice, carbonated beverage, and other liquid products. It is specifically suited to your commercial or industrial water treatment use.

1. Water Pretreatment Equipment
The pretreatment equipment includes quartz sand filter, water purifier and calcium ion exchanger.
The quartz sand filter is a built-in sand filter which is made of the 1Cr18NiTi stainless steel, and is ideal water purification equipment. The water purifier can effectively eliminate peculiar smell and color, making water purified. The calcium ion exchanger is used to reduce water hardness. After softened by this exchanger, the water is left with a small hardness of 0.03 mg/L.

2. Hollow Fiber Filter
The filter is an indispensable device in our water treatment equipment, which is a dissymmetrical semi-permeable film made from polymer material with special process. The raw water flows inside or outside the film under pressure, and the polymer materials and colloid particles in the water will be stopped on the film surface and brought away by circulating water. Then the raw water becomes concentrated liquid, thus achieving the objectives of separation, concentration and purification.

3. Reverse Osmosis System
The RO system becomes the controller of the water treatment equipment. It uses semi-permeable membrane to desalt and purify the salt water under pressure difference.

4. Ozone Sterilizer
The ozone sterilizer is a common kind of water treatment equipment, which is specially used for producing ozone and widely used for sterilizing mineral water and purified water, especially for the treatment of the biologically poisonous and difficultly degradable pollutants and the improvement of biological activity.

5. UV Sterilizer
The UV sterilizer is a closed cabinet device composed of sterilizer drum, electronic control and cabinet body. The sterilizer drum is made of excellent stainless steel which has a high reflection rate of the UV and produces no pollution during its use, complying with the sanitation requirements of food and beverage industry.
