Main Characteristics
1. The air flow dryer is intended to dry materials under fluidized state, and its high drying capacity makes it extremely suitable for continuous batch production.
2. The drying time is very short, usually several seconds from material feeding to material discharging. So, even air inlet temperature is high, the temperature of material is maintained below 80°C all the time, making our drying machine suitable for heat sensitive materials.
Application
This drying equipment fits for the continuous drying of powdery or granular materials used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics and construction industries, such as starch, glucose, fertilizer, pesticide, feed stuff, dye stuff, etc.
