1. Machine Base

3. Feeding System

4. Needle and Shuttle
Needle

This design could effectively reduce head cause by the friction between needle and fabrics. The mouth need be selected according to a test or the fabric properties. The round type mouth is designed for the knitted fabrics and could be used for the sewing of soft leathers as well. The flat mouth is applicable to hard or dry leathers. The triangular or diamond needle mouth is too large to sew dry leathers nor suitable for the decoration sewing. The blade needle is applicable for the quilting of suitcases and golf garments as well as other leather products. The extreme narrow blade needle is quite excellent in the decoration sewing.

Shuttle holder of this automatic quilting sewing machine plays an important role in the quilting, determining the quilting quality and working efficiency. The inferior shuttles will impede the quitting operation after a period of usage. Shuttles are often provided by Swiss and Japan.
