Spacer Frame Conveyor
Over the years, we have developed premium equipment for each process of the production of insulated glass sheets. The handling of aluminum or warm edge spacer frames needs specially designed glass handling equipment: an overhead spacer frame conveyor, and an overhead conveyor designed for the temporary storage of spacer bar frames. Because aluminum or warm edge spacer frames are fragile and sticky, once stacked, they may be physically distorted or adhere to each other by the butyl. This problem is effectively solved using a spacer bar conveyor.

Features
1. This industrial overhead conveyor is usually placed between the insulated glass production line and the butyl extruder.
2. Spacer frames are hung overhead after being coated with the butyl.
3. It keeps the spacer frames non-sticky and non-distorted before the insulated glass assembly.
4. Moving forward controlled by foot switch, the spacer frame conveyor can automatically stop at the desired place.
5. It is easy to load and unload the spacers.
