Coil Winding Machine
Donghang's coil winding machine is used for winding brass plated steel wires with a diameter of 0.15mm. The direction of this wire coiling machine’s twist can be either an S or Z type. The maximum speed reaches 15,000rpm. This coil winder has a precise testing device for detecting fractured or tangled wires, ensuring better quality steel cords and efficient production time.
Main Features of the Coil Winding Machine
1. The wire winding machine has dynamic balance between the main shaft and the main motor belt pulley. Balance precision is less than 2μm.
2. It adopts a FAG P4S high precision bearing as the main shaft, with an alarm for when it overheats. A nitriding treatment is applied to the main shaft and bearing block.
3. The winding tension is controlled by a magnetic lag tension control device.
4. Heat treatment is applied to the traction wheel and wire guide wheel which enables a hardness of HRC62-64.
5. A protective cover is provided with a 0.25Kw centrifugal fan.
6. This steel wire winder has multiple protection methods for handling fractured and short wires.
