Donghang's welded spools are suitable for all kinds of wire take-up and pay-off stands. This take-up spool or pay-off spool can be customized in size according to customer's requirements.
Technical Requirements of Welded Spools
1. For spools larger than φ762, we use a welding technology. The winding drum and end face come with a uniformly distributed reinforcing rib to prevent expansion.
2. For spools larger than φ762, we test the balance and add weight if needed to ensure balance tolerance.
3. For spools larger than φ762, we paint the non-working surface with a base coat to protect against rust and spray with a finishing coat.
4. Dimensions of this steel wire spool can be customized according to your needs.
