Instead of traditional cable reels, our take up and pay off stands are widely used to take-up and pay-off high carbon steel wires in an automatic manner. The drum stand can handle a maximum of 40 steel wires for efficient take-up and pay-off. The wire diameter ranges from 2.4mm to 3.4mm. Due to precise control by a PLC system, the take up and pay off equipment effectively reduces the consumption of energy and raw materials and are well-received among steel cord and cable makers.
