Wet Wire Drawing Machine (22 Drawing Dies)
The wet wire drawing machine comes with 22 drawing dies and reaches a maximum trial run speed of 20m/s. This metalworking machine can draw high carbon steel wires with a diameter range of 0.7mm-1.0mm. With a PLC controller and touch screen, this wet drawing equipment is easy to operate.
The wire arranging unit for the wet drawing machine is independently driven by a servo motor so that space between wires can be adjusted at will. An automatic compensating function ensures precision wire arrangement. Step pulleys of this wet wire drawing machine are coated with WC for a high surface hardness of HR62±2 and longer lifespan.
