Tubing Head
We are not only a major industrial valve supplier, but also a professional wellhead component manufacturer.The tubing heads we manufacture are designed to be installed on the end of casings for hanging oil tubes in oil wells and sealing the annular space between the tube and the oil string casing.
Features
1. Our tubing head is designed with a straight channel and a 45° main bearing shoulder. This design prevents the drilling tool from damaging the sealing surfaces and also avoids the wedging of the wearing bush or the pressure test plug.
2. The bottom of the casing head is sealed by stress enhanced bushing and sealing rings, giving the casing head a maximum inner working pressure up to 20000psi.
3. Made of high quality materials, our tubing heads are highly abrasion and corrosion resistant to accommodate different working environments in oil fields.
4. As an ideal wellhead component, our abrasion resistant tubing head is available for tube thread connection and flange connection (wire loaded bolts).
The tubing head has an NPS of 1/16"~13 5/8" and its maximum inner working pressure is up to 20000psi.
