Deck Machinery
Marinedeck machinery refers to any equipment mounted on a ship deck, whether large or small. Deck machinery ensures normal navigation, mooring, loading and unloading cargo, and passenger access and includes steering gears, windlasses and winches, fairleads, bollards, and roller fairleads.
We have developed advanced models of rotary vane hydraulic steering gears, eliminating the problem of leaking which other steering gears face. Since we delivered our first order of steering gears in 2009, we have produced more than ten types of products, which are mounted on dredgers, tug boats, coastguard boats, offshore survey vessels and other ships. Our products are stable, secure, reliable, and meet our customers’ needs.
Besides producing a variety of marine equipment like capstans, chain stoppers, and fairleads, we can also customize the model and drive mode of our deck machinery. Anchor handling, towing winches and lifting winches are designed and manufactured according to GL and BV rules. For all our products, we send staff to instruct the installation and provide operation training.
