Features of Industrial Centrifugal Blower
1. The 5-11 industrial centrifugal blower works reliably at high media temperatures. It delivers high volumes of air while producing very low noise.
2. Different air and gas handling applications or material handling centrifugal fans require different temperatures and rotating speeds. That is why we choose different materials to construct our impellers and shafts, such as high-strength low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature resistant alloy steel, and high-temperature resistant high-strength alloy steel. The resulting impeller and shaft do not lose any mechanical strength when subjected to high temperature.
3. Control valves can be used to freely adjust the airflow pressure and amount. Also among options is the variable frequency drive, which regulates the air pressure and flow via changing the motor speed.
4. Water cooling or oil cooling method is used to effectively cool down the hot impeller shaft. For applications that involve extremely high temperatures, an electronic cooler can be added to protect the fan operating system.
5. This industrial centrifugal blower is specially designed meet dusty air moving requirements. Its impeller blades have undergone special heat treatments to achieve high hardness of HRC60~70. Hardened impeller blades generally provide more than 3 times the lifespan of an average impeller blade.
6. Ultrasonic flaw detection is performed on the welded parts and the main shaft to check against any weld imperfections or material defects.
7. Dynamically balanced impeller ensures running stability.
8. Each medium-pressure centrifugal blower has to pass the test run and vibration check before leaving factory.
